Housed in full case (separated at hinge) (image dark, but details still visible). -- Ninth plate ambrotype of three men and a horse-drawn cart parked outside of a store (image a bit soft in focus). Housed in a full case with an indiscernible penciled notation inscribed inside the case (case fully separated at hinge). -- Ninth plate ambrotype featuring an outdoor view of three young boys standing outside a two-story building, tentatively identified by the consignor on a modern note as the Mayville House (location unknown) (image a bit soft in focus, but overall good). Housed in half case.

[With:] 5 uncased tintypes taken in the great outdoors, approx. 5 1/2 x 4 in. or smaller. Highlighted scenes include a view of a portly fellow seated in a horse-drawn wagon with a steamship sailing on a large body of water in the background, an image of a well-dressed man and three women seated in a horse-drawn wagon, and an image of a large group of people standing outside a residence. Condition of uncased tintypes vary from fair to good condition, with occasional surface wear. Some with vertical or horizontal creases in plates.
