Framed: 18 1/4 x 22 x 3 inches.
Minor deposits of surface dirt and dust; panel is slightly bowed; slight rubbing along all edges, with one pinpoint paint loss along lower left edge; one discolored varnish stain in center left. Under UV light: a small area of inpainting along the upper right edge; one pinpoint spot of inpainting in the center, within the top of central house's roof; two small spots of inpainting in the lower right corner; the varnish stain fluoresces but does not appear to be inpainting.
