About Very Good. Blade lightly cleaned with scattered freckles of surface oxidation, discoloration and some scattered pitting. Markings weak on reverse and clearer on obverse. Hilt and guard with a medium golden patina. Markings in brass are clear. Peen is undisturbed. Scabbard is very good with moderate crazing and wear, flaked finish loss and scuffs, but retaining the rivets and with a tightly attached, if well worn, belt loop.
