The marble itself is in overall good condition: no breaks or losses to the figure or ornaments. There are some losses along the edge of the marble base, most likely from handling and repeated rubbing against the pedestal. The marble sculpture does have some blemishes and stains, as well as dust and dirt accumulated to its surface, especially in recesses. There are chips to the pedestal along the edges of the base as well as on the the body (there are also abrasions on one side particularly). Overall, when assembled, it feels very stable.
