lot 20: one vase with restored rim, showing evidence of overpainting and a surface crack, the overpainting slightly darkened over time; other vase: with some chips at base edge; both vases with some minor occasional enamel loss / glaze chips, and both vases filled at rim with composite (surrounding lamp mounts), one lamp with some flaking / chipping of composite filling; both lamps mounted to wood bases- some chipping to paint on bases; one lamp with loose / detached metal rope surround at base (the rope surround with break); both lamps lean slightly; both presently wired, but may benefit from re-wiring
