lot 139: unexamined out of frame; mild toning and occasional subtle staining to paper commensurate with age, with some occasional spots of foxing, particularly to perimeter; with four repaired / stabilized tears (two along left edge, and two along right edge- the largest tear being in the lower right-facing corner); a couple ripples along righ-facing edge; a whitish hole or abrasion near large tear to lower right-facing corner; some scattered surface scuffs / abrasions- to sky and to central figure's hip; frame is period, and newly backed with paper
