The sheet is affixed to the verso of the mat via two pieces of old paper tape at upper left and upper right corners verso. The sheet is generally flat and presents well. With irregular edges along the left, top and right outer edges. With some mat staining around the image (beyond the charcoal-drawn outline). With a small repair in the upper right corner (about 0 1/8 in). Several smaller vertical repaired tears along the top outer edge (not extending beyond the drawn line, the longest is 1 1/8 in. One is still not mended: very small, it is less than 0 1/8 in. With a faint crease running vertically through the center of the composition. See Specialist's pictures for more details.
