In overall fair to good condition. The work would likely benefit from a light cleaning judging from the yellowed varnish. With light, vertical hairline cracks throughout the composition, for the most part stabilized and not obtrusive. We notice several flakes at upper right quadrant (on the yellow building's exposed facade and roof) as well as at upper left (in the corner) and at bottom center (on the pontoon) - the largest (about 1 x 0 ½ in.). With some remnants of what appears to be old board, which may have rested on the painting as it dried out. Examination under UV light does not reveal any sign of inpainting.
