It features a draft address from Congress to the Six Confederated Indian Nations stating the grievances against the British, the declaration “...setting forth the causes and necessities of their taking up Arms", rules and regulations of the Continental Army, the appointment of George Washington as commander in chief, the Olive Branch Petition, and more.
