Cumberland County (Pennsylvania), October 22, 1774. Single sheet, 6 1/2 x 8 in. (165 x 203 mm) (sight). Partially-printed document, signed by Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania, James Wilson ("Wilson") (1742-1798), as an attorney, certifying a debt settlement between Charles and James Farquhar; counter-signed by John Agnew; docketed on verso. Creasing from old folds, tears along same repaired on verso with tape; unevenly toned. In mat and in frame, 13 1/4 x 15 in. (336 x 381 mm).
