Partially-printed fourth bill of exchange, signed by Signer of the Declaration of Independence from New Jersey, Francis Hopkinson (1737-1791), as Treasurer of Loans, to be paid to Edmund Sawyer; counter-signed by Nathaniel Appleton, Commissioner of the Continental Loan-Office in the State of Massachusetts Bay.
