The hand-sewn double appliqued 'puffy akimbo' cotton stars arranged in uneven rows of 8-8-8-8-8-8 on a cotton canton, hand-sewn cotton stripes of unequal widths, (some later machine-sewn reinforcement), the cotton header fitted with three-hand-sewn brass rings and retains old cord.
