Each of rectangular folded form decorated with blue, yellow, red and green pigment, hide ties.

Provenance: The Luther R. and Frances T. Zehner Collection.

Recorded in Dr. Zehner's diary, April 6, 1950: "Parfleche bags. Two fine large bags with beautiful painted designs on them. Are used to contain dried meat, etc. Alice (Howard) had them since 1910."
