1.) .44-40. 20" barrel length. SN: 736WC. Blued metal finish with color casehardened lever, polished breechblock, and mounting checkered flat wrist walnut stocks with tigerstripe pattern to the grain. Lever action repeating rifle fed by a full length magazine tube commemorating the history of the Winchester Repeating Arms Company and paired with a matching Colt Single Action Army. The flanks of the receiver feature gold borders surrounding gold floral scroll. On the left side the scrollwork encloses a WC monogram marking for Winchester Colt with the {Winchester Symbol} emblazoned on the forward end of the receiver. The right flank features floral border on the loading gate with a portrait of Oliver Winchester in gold at the rear receiver. The left barrel is marked WINCHESTER in gold letters with embellished borders on the left flank and shows Winchester's New Haven factory on the right. The rifle mounts adjustable buckhorn rear and pinned and gold plated front blade sights, and shows standard make and model markings elsewhere including MODEL 94 mark to the left barrel.
2.) .44-40. 7.5" barrel length. SN: 736WC. Blued metal finish with casehardened frame, polished hammer flanks, round cylinder, and mounting one piece walnut grips. Single-action loading gate revolver with the frame patterned after the early black powder frames featuring a screw retained cylinder pin, and commemorating Colt's history. The left frame is marked with the three line patent marking above Colt's VP monogram proof on the triggerguard with a K initial to the rear triggerguard. The barrel address is italicized and reads COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A. The cylinder features scroll engraving at the rear edge with a gold border along with gold inlaid scrollwork, bordering the WC monogram Winchester Colt mark, and the {Rampant Colt atop Globe} design. The flanks of the barrel feature gold floral scroll enclosing COLT logo on the left barrel and an image of Colt's Hartford Factory on the right. Samuel Colt's signature is inlaid in gold in the rear gripstrap.
Both items come in a maroon velvet lined wood case measuring 42.5x12.5x3.5" with a brass plate to the lid reading WINCHESTER/COLT/COMMEMORATIVE SET/O.J. Winchester Col. Saml. Colt/U.S. Repeating Arms Company/Winchester trademark licensed from Olin Corporation. Also included in the case are two gold medallions measuring 3" in diameter. One features the Winchester Logo on the obverse, the other the Rampant Colt logo. The reverse sides of both items show the Winchester Colt WC monogram marking above serial numbers 736WC.

1.) Good. Bore is Minty with sharp rifling throughout. The metal finish is without cycling wear, but shows two spots of oxidation. There is a patch of oxidation on the left edge of the buttplate that has displaced the bluing and begun to pit. A second small patch of oxidation is visible on the underside of the barrel at the forward edge of the handguard. Some adhesive residue remains on the right barrel over the New Haven factory mark, and there are some scattered flecks to the bluing on the barrel. The stocks show one light dent to the right wrist and a skip to the checkering on the forend.
2.) Very Good. Bore is Frosty with a light brown patina forming throughout and sharp rifling. There is a patch of oxidation in the seam surrounding the ejector rod housing screw. The metal finish shows a scuff on the butt, a small patch of flaking to the upper rear edge of the topstrap, and some flecked gray patina forming on the hammer flanks. The stocks are without recognizable handling wear. The action has not been tested in order to preserve the finish.
All items in the case in Excellent condition. The case lid has some scattered scratches and mars, with a chip to one corner of the lid, some tarnish and discoloration to the plate, and some scuffs.
