24" nagasa. 33.5" overall with tsuka and saya. Shinogi zukuri style blade with four hole nakago that is signed on both sides, appearing to read Tadayoshi. Blade has an itame hada, sugu hamon, chu kissaki, ihori mune, and jizo boshi. Blade is mounted in a blonde shira saya with ebony koiguchi and a copper koshi-yuo style habaki. Included with item is a red and gold embroidered silk carry bag.
Very good. Blade has good state of polish with a few grain openings scattered to both sides. Shira saya shows some light scratches and losses.
The physical condition of lots in our auctions can vary due to age, normal wear and tear, previous damage, and restoration/repair. All lots are sold "AS IS," in the condition they are in at the time of the auction, and we and the seller make no representation or warranty and assume no liability of any kind as to a lot's condition.
