Partly printed "Policy of Assurance." Boston, 18 October 1794. Visible 9 x 14 3/4 in. (residue at corners, creasing). Framed (not examined out of frame). An insurance policy for the "Brig William her appurtenances and Cargo on each one half at and from one or more ports in Hispaniola to Boston or Newbury Port."
[With:] Document acknowledging receipt of cargo from the ship John & Phoebe. Liverpool, England, 15 August 1799. 9 3/8 x 5 1/4 in. partly printed document (creasing, few spots and ink stains). Docketed to verso. The captain is listed as Master Elisha Dyer of the John & Phoebe leaving Liverpool for Boston with "four Bales of Merchandise."
