Partly printed document accomplished in manuscript presents findings of the Grand Inquest of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, first that Josephine Brown and John Johnson "did keep & maintain a common ill governed & disorderly house to the encouragement of idleness and other misbehavior to the common nuisance & disturbance of the neighborhood..." and further, that the two "did keep and maintain a common Bawdy House for the practice of fornication to the great disturbance and common nuisance of all good people..." 

[With:] Subpoena for witnesses to give testimony in the case between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, plaintiff, and Josephine Brown and John Johnson, defendants.
