Condition:
The overall condition is good with the following:
Structural Issues: There are a few small abrasions along the folded collar and back collar edges, under the arms, and along the hem edges. There is a loose thread on the embroidery on the front left collar.
Split/Separated Seams: The left front waist has some missing stitches on the waist stabilizer towards the side back. the back left neckline has some popped stitches between the collar and lining.
Losses: The internal green wool waist stabilizer material has several holes and moderate losses on the front right waist, and a few smaller pin head sized holes on the front left. There is a 1" loss on the center back wool backing with smaller holes along each side seam.
Fading/Color Change: The green dye color has faded noticeably throughout. Under the collar is closer to the original dye pigment. The embroidery has also faded throughout.
Soiling/Spots: The interior has yellowed with several mall spots throughout the linen lining.
Corrosion/Tarnish: The metallic thread has darkened throughout the embroidery though under the collar, it appears closer to original creation.
Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
