Review
We invite you to share photographs, prior listings, or documentation in advance. We’ll then schedule a walkthrough of the property to assess the scope and discuss your goals.
Estimate
Based on your needs, we’ll provide a complimentary estimate outlining the projected cost and timeline. Once approved, we’ll send a formal appraisal agreement for your signature.
Schedule
We’ll coordinate a convenient date for an on-site visit. During this time, our certified appraisers will carefully examine, photograph, and catalog the relevant works or objects.
Research & Valuation
Our certified appraisers combine proprietary databases, auction results, and insight from trusted market specialists to determine fair market value or other standards as required.
Report
You’ll receive a draft of the appraisal report for review, followed by the final version upon approval. The final report will be delivered in accordance with the intended use and industry standards.

Equitable Distribution – Heirs or Divorce. In cases of inheritance disputes or divorce proceedings, impartial and accurate appraisals are essential for fairly dividing assets.

Collateral. A valued possession can serve as collateral for a loan, requiring a professional appraisal to establish its value and suitability as security.
Expert Witness Reports and Testimony. In legal disputes involving property, expert appraisal reports and testimony can be critical.
Damage Claims. When valuable property is damaged, an appraisal is necessary to determine the extent of the loss in value and to support insurance claims.
Loss of Value. Appraisals can also assess losses in value due to factors other than physical damage, such as changes in market conditions or authenticity questions.
