'Fram' for Henri Liengme, First Quarter 20th Century
the engine turned case exterior centered with niello decoration of crossed rifles and Cyrillic letters translating to "For Excellent Shooting", the case opening up to an enamel dial centered with a portrait of Czar Nicholas II, the underside of cover with a presentation inscription in Cyrillic dated 1912.
