Seated portrait of Flat Nose John, holding a pipe and kepi in his lap. Identified in the negative. -- Half portrait of Chief Spotted Tail wearing a federal cavalry coat. Identified in the negative. -- Portrait of two females, one seated wearing fringed clothing, the other standing wearing a blanket. Indecipherably identified in the negative (possibly "Spotted Tail's Girls"). -- Together, 3 albumen photographs, each 2 1/4 x 3 3/4 in. or smaller, on cardstock mounts with W.R. Cross's imprint on verso. Each with toning, moderate to heavy soiling, and wear to edges and corners.
