4pp., folio, 10 1/2 x 16 1/2 in. Disbound (partial separation at centerfold, occasional spotting, toning, wear to fold lines, some tearing and chipping to edges, tape repair on front page, extending down from top edge).

The issue includes three lengthy, detailed treasury reports comprised of text and charts that are signed in type by Alexander Hamilton as US Secretary of the Treasury. The reports are featured on the front page and continue for six columns on p. 2. A very displayable Alexander Hamilton newspaper.
