set in a domed case with urn and pinecone form finials, the painted face decorated with figures in a rural landscape, the dial having Roman hours and Arabic minutes and dates, with two subsidiary dials, the whole raised on bracket feet.

雙層西洋樓閣式，兩側魚鱗紋開光，正面一大兩小三個錶盤，主錶盤雙針，羅馬/阿拉伯數字刻度；左上止打針；右上樂曲換套針，可惜兩套機芯俱已遺失。錶盤上方繪有鄉村風光油畫，構成非常有代表性的英國十八世紀座鈡。類似自鳴鐘可見承德避暑山莊藏品。
