Sioux Quilled and Beaded Hide Moccasins
thread and sinew-sewn on thick hide; brightly quilled vamps edged by a lane of beads in colors of red white-heart, royal blue, and greasy yellow; slatted rawhide cuffs decorated with matching quillwork and edged on the top by a red cotton cloth and on the bottom with tin cones filled with horsehair
