Buffalo, NY: Courier Company, 1909. 8vo, 32pp, die cut programme with chromolithographed paper wraps featuring portraits of Cody and Pawnee Bill at center surrounded by vignettes depicting scenes from the show. (Some wear to wraps, including partial separation near staples, some surface wear near right edge of front cover, light chipping along edges, interior pages fully separated from wrappers).

Southern & Co., 1910. 8vo, 56pp, chromolithographed paper wraps featuring portrait of Cody with hat in hand on horseback, with insert promoting "Big New Shows / Buffalo Bill's Wild West combined with Pawnee Bill's Far East" in West Philadelphia, 24 May.
