ART NOUVEAU, GOLD-FILLED LAPEL WATCH
Consisting of a brooch with interlocking floral motif circles with one freshwater pearl, suspending an open face pocket watch with 31.00 mm case diameter, white dial, black Arabic numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated for minutes, stem wound and set nickel movement signed Cavour, repousse bezel and case back depicting the profile of a woman with swirling hair and flowers. 2 1/2 inches long.
