38.00 mm case diameter, textured black dial, white Roman numerals with outer chapter ring calibrated for minutes, date aperture between 1 and 2 o'clock, subdials for chronograph minutes and hours at 3 and 6 o'clock, subdial for seconds at 9 o'clock, Cal. 400Z 31 jewel self-winding movement signed PF, black leather strap signed PARMIGIANI, yellow gold tang buckle. 7-8 inches long.
