with a kinji ground, lacquered on both sides in gold takamaki-e with three cranes underneath a blossoming prunus tree, the interior of nashiji, signed Kijikawa to the underside, with a blue glass ojime and a gilt lacquer netsuke in the form of a circular covered box.
