An April 17, 1964 New York Mets Ticket Stub from the First Game Played at Shea Stadium

$2.50 ticket features illustration of Mr. Met. A crowd of 50,312 filled Shea Stadium to witness the opening of the Mets new stadium.  The Pittsburgh Pirates would spoil the day for Mets fans with a 4-3 victory.
