Lot Description

Three Emilio Pucci Tops, 1980s


These Pucci tops were owned and worn by Mona von Bismarck, (1897-1983), international socialite and fashion icon. Born Mona Strader, she married five men of distinguished and noble origin. In 1933, she was the first American voted the Best-Dressed Woman in the World by Chanel, Lanvin, Molyneux, Lelong, and Balenciaga. Bismarck maintained a circle of influential friends and surrounded herself with remarkable haute couture until her death, when she was buried in Givenchy.

This lot contains three tops.
