4to. Photogravure frontispiece and 12 photogravure plates after paintings by Galen J. Perrett, decorations by Will Jenkins, printed in red and black. Later quarter black leather over original grey decorated boards lettered in gilt, top edge gilt, others uncut (rebacked).
LIMITED EDITION, one of 1,000 unnumbered copies of the “Quarto Photogravure Edition.”
