Each of the 4 volumes is hand-bound in original cloth or paper boards or wrappers; the 4 volumes nesting in to original flax, abaca and Coir-covered folding case, the upper cover inset with a coconut shell.
LIMITED EDITION, number 38 of 70 copies, EACH VOLUME SIGNED BY THE PRINTER AND ILLUSTRATOR, the first volume SIGNED BY JOHNSON.
