FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING, with the words “First Printing” on the copyright page. IN THE FIRST ISSUE DUST JACKET with price $6.95 and “10/57” at the bottom of the front flap, and with the publisher’s name and address at the bottom of the rear flap. Atlas Shrugged, Rand’s fourth and final novel, is her most extensive statement of her Objectivist philosophy, depicted in a dystopian United States.
