Double column and 4-column, 56 lines plus headline; first leaf with large initial “F”, 3- to 4-line initials supplied in red or blue. (First few leaves bound in on a stub, final leaf repaired in the gutter margin just touching letters, tiny wormholes touching letters throughout, some minor mostly marginal soiling or dampstaining to a few leaves.)  Modern blind-panelled calf.
