LIMITED EDITION, number 34 of 500 copies of the “Large-Paper Edition.” [Bound in to Volume I:] Printed check signed ("Charles Dickens"), drawn on Coutts Bank, payable to "W: Herbert Clarke, £2.12." London, 9 April 1864.
