Text volume: original cloth; original folding case; portfolio: original cloth; original shipping carton. 

LIMITED EDITION, number LXVI of LXXV copies SIGNED BY WITKIN, WITH AN ORIGINAL PLATINUM PRINT of a total edition of 85.  The original platinum print with pencil annotation verso: "Printed by martin Axon November 2003 1st proof- not final."
