A Pair of Bronze Dragon Vases
MEIJI PERIOD (1868-1912)
each vase having a globular body resting on a splayed circular foot, surmounted by a cylindrical neck and a galleried mouth, cast overall in high relief showing a fierce dragon amongst clouds, the mouth and the foot decorated with keyfret borders.
Height 14 1/4 in., 35.9 cm.
