Containing one round micromosaic plaque depicting the Roman forum, one round cabochon sapphire measuring approximately 5.00 mm in diameter and 24 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.45 carat total, suspended from a fancy link chain. 16 1/2 inches long.
