Consisting of a brooch with blue enamel foliate motifs containing 22 old European and mixed cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.05 carats total, suspending an open face pocket watch with 25.00 mm case diameter, applied gold Arabic numerals, stem wound and set manual wind movement signed Tiffany & Co. New York, guilloche blue enamel and foliate engraved case back containing three old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.25 carat total. 2 1/4 inches long.
