Small folio (280 x 174 mm). Comprising pp. 357-438. (Small repairs to text Mm5-6 with a few words supplied in facsimile some light staining or browning). Provenance: Bennett H. Jackson (bookplate).
FIRST COLLECTED EDITION, published in the month of Shakespeare's death, listing him as a player. The 1616 folio edition of Jonson's works provided a precedent for Heminges and Condell when they prepared the first folio edition of Shakespeare's works seven years later, to which Jonson provided verses.
