the blind-fretwork decorated hood surmounted by carved giltwood figures of Atlas and two nude maidens standing atop orbs, the brass dial signed Antoni Van Oostrom/ Amsterdam, the case centered with a lenticle depicting Father Time, raised on claw-and-ball feet.
