A Celadon Jade Inset Huanghuali Wood Cover Box
QING DYNASTY (1644-1912)

清 黃花梨鑲玉方蓋盒
of square form, the cover inset with two celadon jade plaques, the first reticulated and carved to show a goose flying admist lotus blossoms and entwined leafy vines, the second carved and decorated with Buddhist emblems, the cover having shaped and beaded edges. 
Length 7 1/4 in., 18.42 cm.
