5 volumes, 295 x 215 mm. Contemporary gilt lettered red leather. Provenance: Ex. Collection of society member Arthur B. Rothwell, "Arthur Rothwell Bound in Panama 1951" written in ink in first volume.
First issues of the seminal publication, now the Archives of Asian Art, each from a LIMITED printing of 450 issues detailing the scholarship, collecting, museum activities and membership lists of the important group, finely compiled in Rothwell's characteristic bindings.
