Two Silk Bodices with One Matching Capelet, 1840-60


This lot includes three pieces; two bodices and one cape. 

THE FIRST
Striped blue and mauve silk taffeta bodice trimmed in blue fringe with gathered and smocked front, fitted separating sleeves, and center back hook and eye closures. The sleeves separate under the blue fringe with a series of hooks and eyes.
