ADDITIONALLY ANNOTATED BY GINSBERG with his minor corrections on 2 pages (pp. 30 and 101), and with a note in his hand on the title-page indicating that he previously met Karri Kokko in Finland.  ONE PAGE OF NOTES IN GINSBERG'S HAND LAID IN for a program of readings on 9 February 1983 in Berlin. Grumbach, Ginsberg's friend, was an instructor at the Iowa Writer's Workshop.  Ginsberg was interviewed by Kokko in 1983.
