Bill Blass Blouse, 1990s
Sheer off-white fabric with a richly embroidered panel of raised flowers and fauna in sequins, beads and fabric that extend around the body. The blouse is cut with very full sleeves gathered into a wide French cuff, a notched collar and a center front snap closure.

Overall very good condition, consistent with light wear. Minor spots on front left sleeve and back right sleeve. Slight line snag with minor thread pull front bottom left.
