LIMITED EDITION, one of 5 unnumbered copies with a title-page or colophon leaf of a total edition of 500.  Of the 500 copies printed, 60 special copies were set aside for Sustaining Members of the Book Club of California: 5 contained a title-page or colophon from the second edition (1587) of Holinshed's Chronicles, and 55 contained leaves with large initials or head-pieces.
