12 volumes, 8vo (224 x 148 mm). Etched frontispieces, numerous photogravure plates. Half red morocco gilt, spines in 6 compartments with 5 raised bands, top edge gilt, others uncut (some light rubbing to extremities). Provenance: Heber Reginald Bishop (armorial bookplates).
