Five Chinese Porcelain Bowls
19TH-EARLY 20TH CENTURY
the first painted with flowering trees, the underside bearing a Daoguang four-character iron red mark and of the period; the second a flowering prunus, bearing an apocryphal Qianlong four-character iron red mark; the third showing two iron red decorated dragons chasing flaming pearls amongst multi-colored clouds, the underside having an apocryphal Qianlong six-character iron red mark; the fourth an iron red and unglazed example with dragon decoration, the underside bearing a Qianlong six-character underglaze blue mark; the fifth a famille rose example showing fruiting branches, the base with a Guangxu six-character iron red mark.
