A Minimalist Yellow Gold Sculptural Pendant, John Henry, Circa Late-1970's,
composed of squared gold wires arranged and joined at intersecting angles.
Provenance: Gifted by the artist to Ms. Beverly Kirks. John Raymond Henry (b. 1943), famed sculptor in large format steel structures focusing on arrested motion has featured works at the Smithsonian and outdoor installations around the United States. The artist has created few works of jewelry in very limited editions during his career such as the present lot.
